You will work alongside our Head of Liverpool, Kieran Donovan who was recently named in the prestigious 2024 North West Business Insider’s Professional Power List. He is one of just 40 regional ‘dealmakers, legal eagles and fabulous funders’ recognised this year, and one of just nine professionals who have been featured in the list. It recognises Kieran’s positive impact on Liverpool and the corporate sector, resulting in a 50% increase in revenue and 20% increase in people.
There is so much potential in the region and having a team that has in-depth local knowledge, excellent technical and commercial skills and strong relationships with the local intermediary and funder community, is what underpins our current and future success here.
You will work within our Corporate Commercial Contracts Team providing support and expertise to our clients.
You can be sure of flexibility when it comes to office location and hybrid working. If you are open to full time or part time hours, then so are we.
We are open to talking to Senior lawyers who want to work in private practice and may have a following.
You may currently work in-house or in private practice, either way you know you want to represent our clients in the Merseyside region.
