As a group we are not used to a fanfare about ourselves. However the time has come for this department to announce significant talent acquisition in 2025.
You will work within our supportive Real Estate Department, a team recently highlighted in the Legal 500 Tier 1, developing our Commercial Property offering across Lancashire.
Real Estate at Napthens means Commercial Property, Rural Property, Leisure and Licensing.
In all offices there is a real mix of high-quality work – land acquisition and disposal, development, site-setups, secured lending, panel work corporate support for our Corporate Team and hallmark Northwest operators who give us recurring portfolio work in sectors such as Leisure, Manufacturing, breweries, and SME entrepreneurs.
In summary, a broad church of clients and a varied basket which hopefully helps when the economy changes colour.
As a business, we trust people to deliver and work together. Cross referrals are not an issue in our business with a low level of silo mentality.
You are used to managing your own caseload, taking the initiative, learning from your colleagues and highly motivated to deliver for your clients, team, and yourself.
You will join a group of talented people whop are used to performing over target. Numbers aside, as a team, they are a great bunch of like-minded, caring, bright souls.
